St John First Aid Focus Incursion

We had a very informative St John First Aid Focus incursion in Week 10. First Aid Focus is a free in-school program that allows WA students to learn basic first aid skills. St John's mission is to make first aid a part of everyone's life. 

 Topics covered included:

• ·         How to call for an ambulance
• ·         Introduction and principles of first aid
• ·         Dealing with an unconscious casualty
• ·         Recovery position demonstration and practice

Relate Respect Connect

What is 'Relate Respect Connect'?

The Life Education Module that Room 8 students took part in, is called Relate Respect Connect. It is a unique, contemporary learning experience that explores building positive, safe and respectful relationships.

Relate Respect Connect equips students with knowledge, skills and strategies to help them develop safe and respectful relationships - face to face and online.
